what a stunning disappointment! the pool was practically a swamp—leaves everywhere! also, the thermostat was stuck on 71 degrees, how quaint. honestly, a welcome gift or room upgrade woudl ve been appreciated for my unbearable discomfort. just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review after all this.

We adored our stay at the spacious two-bedroom villa! The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, and the amenities like the indoor pool and access to the creek made for endless fun. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main strip, and the staff were incredibly helpful. We'll definitely return!

great space for a family gathering
The two-bedroom villa offered ample space for my family, making it a joy to spend time together without feeling cramped. Additionally, the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, which was a big plus after long days exploring the area. The indoor pool felt inviting, perfect for our kids to unwind, though it could get a bit loud at times due to other guests. Moreover, the serene garden area provided a beautiful backdrop for relaxation, cozy swings included.
The noise level at night was a bit disruptive.

The atmosphere can get loud, especially in the evenings when children are thriving in the pool area-don't expect peace and quiet after a long day. The pool’s maintenance falls short at times, as leaves and debris detract from the overall appeal, and the windows in that area could use some polishing. A few minor maintenance issues, like a thermostat that wouldn’t adjust the temperature, also add to a sense of neglect.

Having a fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare family meals together. The serene garden area provided a perfect backdrop for unwinding. Additionally, the indoor pool was a great spot for family fun, though it could get a bit loud.

Loved our stay, especially the cozy vibe of the villa and the fully equipped kitchen that made meals a breeze for the family. The indoor pool and garden area were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, the noise from other guests in the evening was a bit much at times, but it didn’t ruin our fun. 😊

The Villa we stayed in was fantastic, with a lovely two-story layout. It had three bathrooms, which made it easy for the six of us to get ready. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, perfect for our family. I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook meals after long days exploring Sedona. The pool and hot tub offered a clean and inviting place to relax after our adventures. Despite being so close to downtown, the villa felt private and peaceful, providing a great balance. On the downside, I encountered some issues with the noise level at night. There was a family that got quite rowdy at the pool, and it disrupted our evening relaxation. Additionally, one room's thermostat didn’t work properly, leaving us a bit uncomfortable at times. If they could address these noise issues and maintain better control over the pool environment, our stay would have been flawless.
